Customizing the AI Assistant

To ensure the text suggestions from the AI Assistant perfectly match your brand and communication style, you can give it specific rules of conduct and instructions.

Where can you find the settings? You have two ways to configure the AI Assistant:

  • Account-wide (for the entire account): Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select the "AI Settings" menu item.

  • Brand-specific (only for a specific brand): Navigate to the respective brand and open the "AI Settings" tab there.

How to customize the behavior In both cases, you will find a text field for custom instructions. Here you can define how the AI Assistant should act. Simply enter your guidelines there and confirm by clicking Save.
