Receive Mentions
Updated over a week ago

Mentions are automatically subscribed to the social media profiles you have stored in your Brands (see Create Brand ).

The following platforms are supported for direct messages in adhook:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • Twitter

According to the stored notification settings on the brand, the mention is assigned to the responsible person. This person will be informed via e-mail about the newly arrived mention.

In the inbox in adhook, the person can see the mention and reply to it. Once a reply is created, the conversation is marked as done.

A conversation can also be tagged or assigned to other people (see Assign message).
