Receive direct messages

Direct messages are automatically subscribed to the social media profiles you have stored in your brands (see Create brand ).

The following platforms are supported for direct messages in adhook:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Twitter

According to the stored notification settings on the brand, the direct message is assigned to the responsible person. This person will be informed via e-mail about the newly received direct message.

In the mailbox in adhook, the person can see the message and reply to it. Once a reply is created, the conversation is marked as done.

A conversation can also be tagged or assigned to other people (see Assign message).
