Assign messages

A new incoming message is automatically assigned to a person based on the following rule:

  1. Provided the post or ad exists in adhook (created or imported in adhook), the message will be assigned to the creator:in.

  2. In the case of comments without activity in adhook, as well as mentions or direct messages, the message is assigned to the responsible person stored on the brand. See the "Moderation" tab on the brand with the corresponding social media profile.

Do you use different brands with the same social media profile? In this case, the brand that is marked as primary will be used for the assignment of messages.

A conversation can be assigned in the adhook mailbox via "Assign message" to another person with authorization for the respective brand. This person will be informed about the assigned message via e-mail.
