When a campaign is activated, the campaign content is transferred to the stored advertising accounts. Problems can occur between adhook and the platforms during this process. On the one hand, errors can occur due to problems with the campaign content, or due to system interruptions.
Error due to the campaign content
As a campaign creator, you will be automatically notified via email about errors due to the campaign content. The notification will also tell you the reason for the failed activation.
You can edit the campaign by clicking the link in the notification to fix the problem. After that you can activate the campaign again via the "Repeat activation" button.
In case of system errors, e.g. inaccessible platform or similar, a ticket is automatically created at adhook support to solve the problem. You don't need to do anything else and will be informed if further information is needed. Once the problem is solved, the campaign will be activated accordingly.
