Using the AI Assistant for post creation
With the AI Assistant, you can easily and quickly create engaging texts for your social media posts, tailored to your specific needs.
How to use the AI Assistant
1. Open AI Assistant
In the "Post Publishing" section, you will find the text field for your content in the "Posts" tab. Click the "AI Assistant" button directly below the input field.
Note: For the AI Assistant to work optimally, you should have already selected a profile under Post on and the desired networks under Platforms.
2. Enter topic and details
Once you click the button, a window will open for your input.
"What is the post supposed to be about?"
Enter all relevant information about your desired post content here. The more precisely you describe what it's about, the better the suggestions will be.
Then click the Generate post proposal button.
3. Select and apply suggestion
The AI Assistant will now generate various text proposals for you.
Review the suggestions and choose the one that fits best.
Click Use this suggestion to transfer the text directly into your post text field.
You can, of course, manually adjust or supplement the text afterwards.
Tips for better texts
Precision counts: Instead of just writing "summer offer", try "summer offer for our sunglasses collection, 20% discount until the end of August, casual tone".
Multiple attempts: If you don't like the first results, you can refine your description and simply click Generate post proposal again.
Customizing the AI Assistant
Important: You can tailor the AI Assistant to your needs (e.g., writing style):
Globally: Via the gear icon → "AI Settings".
Brand-specific: Within the respective brand under the "AI Settings" tab.
