When automatically publishing a post, problems can occur between adhook and the platforms. On the one hand, errors can occur due to problems with the post content, or due to system interruptions.
Error due to the post content
As a post creator:in, you will be automatically notified via email about any errors due to the post content. The notification will also tell you the reason for the failed activation.
You can edit the post by clicking the link in the notification to fix the problem. After that you can activate the post again via the "Repeat activation" button.
In case of system errors, e.g. inaccessible platform or similar, a ticket is automatically created at adhook support to solve the problem. You don't need to do anything else and will be informed if further information is needed. As soon as the problem is solved, the post will be published accordingly.
