Comments will automatically be subscribed to the social media profiles you have stored in your Brands (see Create Brand).

The following platforms are supported for direct messages in adhook:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • Twitter

  • YouTube

The comment is assigned to the responsible person according to the notification settings stored on the brand. This person is informed about the new comment via e-mail.

Typically, the person who created the post or ad, or the person stored as responsible on the brand, is responsible.

In the inbox in adhook, the person can see the conversation and react to individual comments. The following reactions are possible:

  • Reply to comment

  • Share comment (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

  • Hide comment (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Remove comment (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube)

Once a reply to the comment is created, the conversation is marked as done.

A conversation can also be tagged or assigned to other people (see Assign message).

ℹ️ On Instagram, it is currently not possible for tools like adhook to respond to comments via Likes.
